Parking Lot Paving

We pave, resurface, and restripe parking lots for retail, industrial, and multifamily sites throughout Snohomish County. Proper grading up front is what keeps a lot from cracking under our wet winters.

Asphalt Repair and Pothole Patching

We repair cracked, sunken, and crumbling pavement and patch potholes for property owners and facility managers. A repair handled now is almost always cheaper than the resurfacing that follows a neglected one.

Roads, Streets, and Highways

Our crews build and maintain roads and highways for Snohomish County, WSDOT, and private developers opening new residential streets. Grading, paving, and striping stay with one crew from start to finish.

Airport Work

Airfield paving calls for tighter grading tolerances and more coordination with facility operations than a road job, and our crews are set up to work within active flight schedules when that is what the job requires.

Hot Mix Asphalt and EZ Street at the Monroe Plant

Our Monroe plant sells hot mix asphalt and EZ Street cold patch by the ton to contractors, county crews, and homeowners tackling a repair on their own. Give us a call before you drive over, since hot mix has to go down while it is still hot.
