Lakeside Industries is a family-owned asphalt paving company and one of the Portland area's established paving contractors, running three hot mix plants and crews that pave parking lots, roads, highways, and airfields across the metro.
With three plants feeding the metro, our Portland crews are set up to take on work at scale, from a single commercial lot to a multi-acre industrial site, without waiting on material from outside the area.
We pave, resurface, and restripe parking lots for retail centers, industrial sites, and multifamily properties throughout the metro. Grading for drainage is part of every job, since a lot that pools water fails faster than one that sheds it.
Parking Lot Paving
We repair cracked, sunken, and deteriorating pavement and patch potholes for property owners and facility managers across Portland. A repair done early costs less than the full resurfacing that follows if it is left alone.
Asphalt Repair
Our crews build and maintain roads and highways for Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County agencies, ODOT, and private developers across the metro. One crew carries a job from grading through the final stripe, so nothing gets handed off midway.
Highways and Roads
Airfield paving involves tighter grading tolerances and closer coordination with facility operations than a typical road job, and our crews are set up to plan around active runways and restricted work windows.

All three of our Portland area plants carry the same product line, hot mix asphalt, EZ Street cold patch, and crushed rock, so you can pull from whichever site is closest to your job. Give the plant a call ahead of time, since hot mix needs to go down while it is still hot and the crew will want to know what you need on hand.

We serve Portland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Gresham, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, and Oregon City, along with the rest of Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. Between our three plant locations, most points in the metro are a short trip from Lakeside material.
At the Port of Portland's Terminal 6, our crews placed about 44,000 tons of asphalt across nearly 10 acres of container storage yard, building it up in five separate lifts to reach a full 15-inch depth strong enough for the constant weight of stacked cargo containers and heavy equipment.
Lakeside Industries has grown under the Lee family’s leadership, a tradition that continues today with the family’s third generation.
